Not just because they make kick ass swords and not just because Toro and Unagi Sashimi is the worlds greatest food, but because they take the time to make weird ass videos like this. This is like like the 21st century Japanese version of Monty Python’s Ministry of Silly Walks. Set to Hip Hop. Surprisingly GOOD Hip Hop. I’ve watched this video 3 times already and it’s still mesmerizing. The big guy at the end is truly hypnotic.
This is taken from the “Ukraine’s Got Talent” television show and is really quite something else. Kseniya Simonova, the young artist in this video, really captures her audience’s emotions and brings them to tears in some spots in what is extremely difficult imagery for those present considering the worn torn nature of the Ukraine. It’s a very well executed piece of performance art that’s well worth repeated viewing in my opinion. See for yourself…

Five websites in five four years. That’s a lot of work for a couple of non-designers and a couple of web developers. We’re very excited about this new site as it’s going to be the platform for all sorts of fun new things at GelaSkins. The big thing this time around is the ability to upload your own artwork and photos and create your own GelaSkins! We’ll create anywhere from one to one hundred for you with pricing breaks as the quantity goes up. It’s a work in progress so expect it to evolve and tighten up considerably over the next few weeks. We’ll also be working hard to add new device templates (Pre, G1, more gaming devices, etc).
Anyway, I’m sure there are some fires for me to put out… so please check out the site and let us know if you run across anything weird!
