I figured since this is the second time someone has sent me this in recent memory it deserves to be shared. What this guy can do with a bicycle is absolutely inhuman – like seriously, don’t you just kinda loathe people that are THAT good at something. Well, this guy soars past the loathing part and back into the realm of worship. Dig it…
Two of our favorite artists, Caia Koopman and Camilla d’Errico are showing together at the esteemed Thinkspace Gallery in Los Angeles in a couple weeks and based on what I’ve seen so far, it looks like it’s going to be kick ass! For all you So Cal peoples, you should really go and check out.
I saw the preview for this film while watching Coraline at the theater last week ( excellent film btw) and was giddy at the prospect of how amazing this film will be. Having such a stellar cast and having Tim Burton involved almost assuredly assigns any movie commercial and critical acclaim and I’m positive this one will be epic. I will most CERTAINLY be plunking down my $18 to go and see this in the theater when it’s released in September.
Here’s the version from You Tube, but I suggest if you want to get the real experience, watch it in HD – check it out HERE.
EDIT: L. Yang mentioned that this is based on a short film by Shane Acker of the same name. Thanks Lawrence!
What’s the Skinny? faves Radiohead rocked So. Cal last night amongst an abundance of Tinsel Town’s peeps and the music industry’s most commercial finest. This 51st edition of the Grammy’s saw Thom and the fellows enlist the services of the University of Southern California’s Marching Band to crank out one superb version of In Rainbow’s 15 Step. Pretty awesome, I know, but then again Thom and the boys eat giant bowls of organic, gluten free, carbon-neutral awesome for breakfast so it’s really not that shocking.
